Letter from the President
Sarah Nagle-Yang, MD.
Dear NASPOG Members,
As we transition into September and the start of a new academic year, I find myself reflecting on the vibrant energy that our organization has carried through the year. The fall season brings with it a renewed sense of purpose, and this newsletter is a testament to the collective enthusiasm and dedication of our NASPOG board, committees and members. I am deeply grateful for the hard work and commitment that each of you brings to our community.
Looking back, I am thrilled to share that our NASPOG Biennial Scientific Meeting this past March was a resounding success. Held at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, the event was filled with thought-provoking presentations, dynamic discussions, and meaningful networking opportunities. It was inspiring to witness so many of you actively engaging with the latest research, clinical practices, and advocacy around women’s mental health and across the reproductive lifespan. Your participation made this event truly memorable and reinvigorated our organization.
As we continue to build on this momentum, I want to emphasize that NASPOG is driven by the active involvement of its members. I encourage each of you to consider joining a committee or nominating yourself or a colleague for a position on the board. Joining a committee or serving on the board not only contributes to the advancement of NASPOG’s mission but also offers valuable opportunities for professional growth and networking. Your ideas, expertise, and energy are essential as we work together to advance our mission. Together, we can continue to foster a vibrant and inclusive community that supports the health and well-being of women across the lifespan.
Thank you for your continued dedication to NASPOG. I look forward to working with you all as we continue to grow and make a meaningful impact in the years ahead!
